Cutting boards, butcher blocks, serving boards and other wooden home goods handmade in Maine.  All cutting boards are coated with food grade finish consisting of oils and waxes.  Please follow standard care, cleaning and maintenance procedures with any wooden utensil, cutting board, butcher block of serving board.  Never submerge under water or place in dish washer.  Replenish integrity after cleaning with food grade butcher block or cutting board conditioner.
